Choose Your Adventure

If we meet at a convention, I'll offer to run a one hour demonstration game for you. You'll be given a choice of pre-made characters to play, and I'll referee your adventure using a simple-to-understand set of rules.

These are the adventures I currently offer. I think you'll agree it's a very tempting choice:

For the sake of the children

Travelling between the towns of Ellona and Stavlon, you discover the wreck of a merchants' cart and a distraught couple. Not only have their trade goods been stolen, but their two young children have been kidnapped. By Goblins! It's up to you to rescue them.

Superheroes and Dinosaurs

When a free demonstration of a new 3D film technology goes wrong, no-one expects what happens next. Well, you do. You've read the title, right? This one's got Superheroes and Dinosaurs. You're the Superheroes and you've got to deal with the Dinsosaurs - and more. 'Nuff said!

High octane Superhero adventures using my own THE COMICS CODE rules.

The Apocalypse Artefect

On the frontier, the crew of the Patrol Scoutship VENTURE are shocked to find every system in the sector blasted to rubble. Nothing but asteroids and debris where you charted planets only months ago. And still no sign of your sister ship GALAXY. A system spanning mystery for you to solve.

All of Time and Space

A motley collection of individuals from across Time and Space have somehow, washed up aboard a runaway Type 5 TARDIS. If they can work out how to land it, outside the doors could be literally anywhere - and when - in Time and Space. How will YOU cope?

Lack of Serenity

Having salvaged some goods from a wrecked spaceship, the crew of the "Firefly" class free trader, SERENITY, have put down on the planet of Persephone to sell their cargo. The Captain, Malcolm Reynolds, and his trust Second in Command, Zoe, have left to make a deal with their local fence, "Badger". At the crook's, rather cryptic, request, they've taken their Doctor, Simon Tam, with them. That was eleven hours ago and they still haven't returned. You need to find out what trouble they've got themselves into this time and - if you're up to it - ride to their rescue.

Evolution of Species

On the streets of an alternative 19th Century London, steam-carriages ply the streets in the shadows of the overland railway - as airships fly in the clouds above. Your heroes are summoned to Scotland Yard on a secret mission of the utmost importance. People are going missing from the streets of London. Dozens of people, of every creed and social class. The authorities are baffled. Time to charge up your Steam Rifles and settle this rum business yourselves.

Riotous Steampunk fun, using my THE CODE OF STEAM AND STEEL rules.

The Ritual

Your brave Investigators break into a condemned warehouse building on Boston docks in the dead of night, after the Reporter, Jean Moran drew their attention to reports of an odd shipment of artefacts from the Far East. You've have lost contact with Moran since. Her newspaper says she's gone undercover on an important story.

As you approach the warehouse the docks lie in near darkness, aside from occasional glimmers of moonlight through the heavy clouds...........
